As a mature registered CIDB G7 contractor at category B & CE in the South of Malaysia, SIACON specializesd in building residential houses, shop houses, high-rise buildings, industrial factories, and infrastructure works. More than 160 projects in various sizes and nature of clients had been completed and successful delivered in the form of terrace housing, semi-detached house, bungalow, high-rise condominiums, low cost apartments, themed cluster houses, shop houses, industrial factories, sales gallery and etc.

Currently, SIACON has is responsible engaged in the projects at Taman Setia Tropika, East Ledang, Nusa Bayu, Taman Nusa Sentral, Taman Pelangi Indah, Eco Business Park 2, Eco Tropics, Bandar Cemerlang, Puteri Habour, Taman Impian Emas and etc.

Through years of development, SIACON had progressed and has always been looking at to upgradinge its services in terms of effectiveness, industry technology, quality services and sustainability. Sewerage Works

In addition, as a permit holder for SPAN C3, SIACON has also specializesd in the sewerage works in terms of main sewerage line, forcing main and housing branch piping works. Siacon’s sewerage works had growth steadily with more than 20 years experiences in this scope with delivering quality service.
